Welcome! My name is Janelle. :) I am 20 years old and attend The Ohio State University for medical dietetics. I also happen to have Celiac Disease and thus follow the gluten free diet. I'm VERY passionate about helping others and spreading awareness about Celiac. It is extremely under diagnosed in this country so I hope to do my (small) part in making this very maintainable disease more well known so that YOU can feel your best! You are so lucky to have all the options that are now available to you in terms of dining out and gluten free brands.
